Cooking Guidelines: (serves 2-3)
1. Traditional Method: Gently simmer in boiling water without covering for 45 minutes.
2. Microwave Method: (650W) Remove haggis from bag and place in a microwaveable dish, cover and cook for 12 minutes on medium power. Lightly break up haggis with a fork and cook for a further 3 minutes.

Lindsay has won awards for his expertise when it comes to haggis. They include Bronze Excellence Awards in 1994 and Product of the Year Scottish Food Awards for Haggis in 1995.

Serving suggestions include:
- For a simple, delicious taste, just add butter.
- For a more fulfilling snack, toast both sides of the bread, add slices of haggis and grated cheese. Grill until bubbling hot.
